1. Maximize the page

4. Write experiences that are relevant to the job being applied for

6. List achievement with numbers
Avoid writing responsibility for our achievements in previous work with the sentence “responsible for”. The sentence only states the job description that should be carried out, but does not explain whether we have good performance for that position.
If we have ever made an achievement, we can enter the description of the responsibility as much as possible.
For example, like “successfully optimizing the website on the first page in one week’s time”. Or, another more simple example is “Leading a team of 4 specialists”. By writing it down, the recruiter has an overview of our previous achievements.
7. Avoid words that are too rigid
Remember that the curriculum vitae sent will be read by people, not machines. Avoid words that are too rigid. Because it is feared that the recipient of the work cannot see the picture of our personality as an applicant because of the rigid sentence.
8. If sent via e-mail, make sure the subject is clear

9. Use PDF format
In addition to the subject of the email , the size of the document that is too large can also be the reason for job applicants not being interviewed. Of the many incoming letters, the recruiter certainly does not have much time just to download the applicant’s CV.
Plus, there is often an automatic format change in the curriculum vitae that we make because the computers used by applicants and recipients work differently. So that personnel are not in trouble, you should send the curriculum vitae that has been made in PDF format and put it in zip / rar format so that the size is smaller and neater.
10. Double-check our e-mail address
Believe it or not, there are still many job seekers out there who use tacky email addresses such as firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. The email will make us seem incompetent. Never mind being called for an interview, maybe HRD will not see the contents of our CV after seeing an email address like that.
11. No need to be fixated with a cover letter
Usually we send a CV along with a cover letter or cover letter . In fact, the majority of HRD managers don’t pay too much attention to our application letter. So there is no need to waste a waste of time thinking about the best sentence that will be included in the application letter.
